Refund policy is applicable only within 15 days from the date of delivery.
After 15 days, the client would be charged 30% charge for proof reading and 50% for rework. (30% and 50% of the total amount will be charged based on file length/page count).
Refund is only applicable for category A (Excellent) and category B (Good) video/audio files.
We proofread the captioning files, to check for flaws before processing the refund request.
The request is valid only if the results of the proofreading match our quality standards and guidelines. A revised copy will be requested from the client.
The refund policy is not applicable for poor quality files, hand written documents and Rush orders.
We also don’t guarantee accuracy for Rush orders and poor audio files or hand-written scripts. We also have the right to refuse rework requests such poor quality files.
The turnaround time starts only upon the completion of the payment, and not from the time of file upload.
